How is Sprintt different from an AI agency or development shop?

AI agencies and dev shops typically take a scoped spec and build to it. Sprintt operates upstream: we help you decide what to build, why it matters, and how to measure it — then we build it alongside your team. We combine product strategy, AI architecture, and hands-on engineering in the same engagement.

What does a typical engagement look like?

Most engagements start with a 2–4 week Strategy Sprint to get aligned on goals, constraints, and priorities. From there, we move into a Build Sprint (6–12 weeks) to ship a production system, or into a Fractional Partner engagement (ongoing monthly) for embedded product and AI leadership. You can start in any mode that fits where you are.

How quickly can we get to a working AI system in production?

For scoped use cases, 6–10 weeks from kickoff to production is typical. That includes diagnosis, design, build, and launch — not just a demo. Projects that stretch beyond that horizon usually have a scope problem, not a capability problem, and we’ll say so in the first week.

Do you work with early-stage startups or only enterprises?

Both. We work with founders scaling from 0-to-1 and with VP/Director-level leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies. The common thread is ambition and readiness to move. If the organization isn’t ready to ship within a quarter, we’re not the right partner yet.

What AI technologies and models do you work with?

We’re model-agnostic. We use whatever AI stack makes the most sense for your use case — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta’s open-source models, or combinations. We’ve shipped systems on all of the above. The goal is outcomes, not allegiance to any single provider.

Do you build the AI system yourselves, or hand off to our engineers?
